Perfect location in the heart of town, cozy rooms, excellent wifi, short walk to train station and sights, easy to find with a prominent sign. Ideal for bigger groups of friends.
Felt extremely welcomed, nothing was too much trouble.

It was situated near the main area of town, which made it really convenient for exploring. I especially loved the fact that the hotel had a long balcony around the building, where I could take a walk and enjoy the view of the Monument of 1300 years of Bulgaria.
That the bathroom could have been improved. There was no place to hang the shower head, which made it a bit inconvenient.

The room was spacious and had a nice balcony where we could enjoy the view. the location of the hotel was also great, it was close to the main attractions and restaurants. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a charming and inviting decor, with beautiful furniture and decorations throughout the common areas. It felt cozy and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The hotel's design was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy navigation and no stairs to worry about.
I would have appreciated a more attentive staff. Although they were friendly, there were times when the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed.
